After you receive the bracelet with NFC chip, you cannot top up your account online, you must visit designated place at the action. I can’t believe that such a basic functionality is not implemented, especially when you’re charged with mobile phone - why I can’t use my mobile phone to top up the balance. The only reason I can’t imagine why they do not offer later top ups via website is the fact that they use 3rd party payment gate which takes a provision. If they want to speed up payments, why not just allow card payments, no cash. Doesn’t make sense.

First of all charging the money one day before concert was not anymore available so we were forced to pay the fee to have drinks at the venue. Second. Many times the sellers couldn't read the bracelets and it took long time. Later my friend noticed that she was charged two times when she bought three drinks. First seller tried long time and then second seller tried with her phone and seems like both in the end charged. So she was charged two times within a minute because their issues. So who to contact about this? ,Especially how we can proof that you overcharged my friend? All the internet pages are not even translated in the other languages than Czech even these shady bracelets are used in the international big concerts! Overall this system seems very shady and doesn't help making the process faster! ,,,,
