★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvním majitelem této usedlosti byl v roce 1678 právník Antonín František Nicolas. Do klasicistní podoby byla obytná budova přestavěna počátkem druhé poloviny 19. století, současně byla o jedno patro zvýšena. Z té doby je m. j. i na zahradě stojící kaplička se sochou Panny Marie.
The first owner of this homestead in 1678 was a lawyer Antonín František Nicolas. The residential building was rebuilt in the Classicist style at the beginning of the second half of the 19th century and at the same time it was increased by one floor. From that time there is a chapel standing in the garden with a statue of the Virgin Mary.
