★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nižbor navštěvujeme s vnoučaty kvůli cyklokrosové dráze a krásné procházce podle řeky Berounky. Děti milují i cukrárnu, kde mají výbornou zmrzlinu a zákusky. Pokud budete mít dost času doporučuji si udělat i procházku na zámek a krásnou vyhlídku nad řekou, stojí to za to.
We visit Nižbor with our grandchildren because of the cyclocross track and the beautiful walk along the Berounka River. Kids also love the patisserie, where they have excellent ice cream and desserts. If you have enough time I recommend you take a walk to the castle and a beautiful view over the river, it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nižbor je známý jednak sklárnou Ruckl,kde se mimo jiné vytváří figurka - cena zlatý lev udělovaný nejlepším filmům. Je zde velká expozice o historii osídlení Kelty v nedalekých Stradonicích.
Nižbor is also known for the Ruckl glassworks, where, among other things, a figurine is created - the Golden Lion Award for the best films. There is a large exhibition on the history of the Celts in nearby Stradonice.
