★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manželka si zabouchla klíče a zevnitř je nechala v zámku. Pán dojel do 20min, do 2min bylo otevřeno. Rychlost, ochota, vstřícnost, s cenou jsme spokojeni. Děkujeme!! :-)
The wife slammed the keys and left them in the lock. The Lord arrived within 20min, within 2min was opened. Speed, willingness, helpfulness, we are satisfied with the price. Thank you !! :-)

Nonstop obviously does not mean at two o'clock in the morning. During the day about ok, I can't judge not taking the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa Reklama že přijedou do 30 minut to tak .. po 50 minutách co jsme spěchali přijde arogantní pán co místo aby se třeba omluvil na mě bude ještě drzý .. Nechápu jak tato firma může ještě fungovat ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán přijel asi 10 minut po zavolání operátorce firmy a asi po 5 minutách bylo hotovo na výbornou.
Což s ohledem na večerní všední den velmi oceňuji.
The gentleman arrived about 10 minutes after calling the company's operator and after about 5 minutes it was done very well.
Which I really appreciate with regard to the weekday evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkujeme za sobotní pomoc s otevřením dveří, díky které jsme si mohli užít víkend bez stresu a zase doma :-). Především za rychlost a vstřícnost. Pan technik dorazil na místo mimo Brno do 40 minut, přesně jak říkala paní. Kromě otevření dveří ještě ochotně poradil s dalšími věcmi týkající se zámečnických prací. Cena avizovaná předem byla dodržena. Hodnotím jedině kladně.
Thank you for Saturday's help with opening the door, thanks to which we were able to enjoy a weekend without stress and back home :-). Especially for speed and helpfulness. The technician arrived outside Brno within 40 minutes, exactly as the lady said. In addition to opening the door, he was willing to advise on other matters related to locksmith work. The price announced in advance was adhered to. I evaluate only positively.
