★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provoz prošel za posledních pět let razantní modernizací. Komplet nová chlebová linka. Zůstalo zachováno kvasování, takže chléb je bez urychlovačů a chemických přípravků. A patří mezi nejlepší v CR. To jen pro zajímavost.. Celkově si pekárna Svitavy drží dlouhodobě laťku velmi vysoko.
 The operation has undergone a major modernization in the last five years. Complete new bread line. Fermentation is preserved, so the bread is free from accelerators and chemical products. And they are among the best in the CR. This is just for the sake of interest. Overall, the Svitavy bakery has kept the bar very high for a long time.
