A pokud napíšete e-mail s čím máte problémy, tak se vám buď ani neozvou, nebo napíšou, že u nás vidí grafy v pořádku, ale my si tady užíváme +-500 ping nebo to pořád vypadává... Platíte vlastně za něco, co ani nefunguje. :-) Přeji hezké prohlížení recenzí. Horror and terror ... Daily 500+ pings After a year, I edit the review. Nothing has changed, it's still falling out. Chcete-li zavolat o víkendu a nahlásit nefunkční internet, telefon nikdo nezvedá, naopak po pár vteřinách dojde opakovaně k odmítnutí hovoru. Uvažuji o předčasném ukončení. Fakturace co má chodit do emailu, přijde někdy do spamu, někdy přímo do koše a někdy raději vůbec. Komunikace s firmou na bodu 0, na odpověď jsem čekal 4,5 měsíce a stále žádná nepřišla. I přesto že jsem je upozornil několikrát. Firma může pogratulovat paní Novákové, která nereaguje na emaily, v případě nepřítomnosti nepředá ani agendu. Už nikdy víc. Dneska jsem jim podal výpověď. Pod slovem intenzivně pracují si představím 1hod max 2. Komunikace skoro žádná. Rychlost velmi často kolísá. Nedávno nefungoval internet od 14hod do 23hod (intenzivně pracují). Dnes nefungoval internet od 8 hod do 15hod. Musím jako student být připojený na distanční výuce online. Musel jsem mít po celou dobu výuky zapnutá data, které stojí nemalé peníze.
