★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neseriozní firma. Upozorňuji potencionální klienty,aby byli ostražití pro budoucí možnost reklamace.Vždy mít uzavřenou smlouvu a nezapomenout zahrnout reklamační podmínky. Pokud se jedná o zakázku vše docela funguje, vždyť jde o realizaci v řádu desetiticíců. Pokud se následně projeví opodstatněný důvod k nápravě z jejich strany,reklamaci,
klienta neřeší,a snaží se vše dávat do ztracena. Je spousta lepších a serioznějších firem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriózní jednání! Po příchodu do prodejny jsme se chtěli pouze podívat na vzorník podlah QuickStep. Bohužel po sdělení jaká developerská společnost nám zajištuje stavbu nemovitosti, tak nám paní řekla, ať si jdeme jinam. Chápu, že mezi těmito společnostmi muže být nějaký problém, ale rozhodně není dobré je přenášet na zákazníka. Ještě ve stylu běžte si to vybrat jinam. Já se Vám tady nebudu věnovat třeba 30min a nic z toho nebudu mít. Nezlobte se, ale tohle je katastrofální přístup k zákazníkům.
