★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu nedoporučuji první zakoupený kotel Tekla ani po pár měsících není kompletní stále výmluvy jak to bylo odesláno schází tam kus opláštění . Druhý kotel s kompletní bezdrátovou regulaci nefunguje neví co s tím a přehazují to jeden na druhého teď mi už týden tvrdí pan Krčmář jak se nemůže do Polska výrobci dovolat. Jen je pomalu 2 týdny uhanim a poslouchám jen výmluvy. Zákazník naštvaný kotel nefunkční já díky tomu nemám zaplaceno a trávím plno času řešení problémů na který dodavatel kašle. Opět dnes paní Novotná poslala SMS jak se dneska ozvou a klasika zase se nikdo neozval!!!! Takže zase jim tam budu volat já a poslouchat výmluvy jako pomalu 2. týdny opakující se scénář.
I do not recommend the company the first purchased boiler Tekla even after a few months it is not complete still excuses as it was sent there is a piece of cladding. The second boiler with complete wireless control does not work, he does not know what to do with it and they pass it on to each other. For a week now, Mr. Krčmář has been telling me how the manufacturer cannot call Poland. I'm just slowing them down for 2 weeks and I'm just listening to excuses. Customer angry boiler not working thanks to that I have not paid and I spend a lot of time solving problems which supplier is coughing. Again today Mrs. Novotná sent an SMS as they sound today and no one answered the classic again !!!! So I'll call them there again and listen to excuses as a slowly recurring scenario for 2 weeks.
