Příjemná paní, se kterou jsme mluvili nám sdělila, že nacenění bude trvat asi 2 - 3 pracovní dny. Poptávku jsem zaslal den po naší návštěvě tedy v sobotu. Poprvé jsem nacenění urgoval za týden od naší návštěvy, kdy nám paní sdělila, že měla dovolenou, ale že se na to ještě ten den nebo následující podívá. Podruhé jsem nabídku urgoval před dvěma dny. Paní, se kterou jsem mluv (po 14 dnech), aby mi sdělili, že dýhu, kterou jsme vybrali Sapeli již nenabízí, z čehož vyplývá, že se po celou tu dobu (14 dní) mou poptávkou vůbec nezabývali. Kdyby mě na delší dobu vypracování nabídky upozornili nebo se alespoň ozvali, že nestíhají, pochopil bych to, ale v dnešní době je trend nedodržet slíbené. Bad agreement. If I had been warned for a longer period of preparation of the offer or at least said that they were not catching up, I would understand, but nowadays there is a trend not to keep the promises.

Na firmě byl velký výběr vzorků, ze kterých nebyl problém si vybrat, dobře nám poradili, zaměření proběhlo na můj vkus velmi rychle, ale v pořádku. U instalace jsem byl celou dobu a chlapi vše provedli bez chyb, následně jsme ještě řešili seřízení dvojitých posuvných dveří a domluva taky v pořádku. Dveře nejsou však nejlevnější v rámci srovnání např. s polskými, ale jde nám o kvalitu, tak jsme spokojeni. We did the reconstruction of the whole house and demanded both internal and external doors. K	Karla Šandova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S takovým nezájmem jsme se s manželem nikdy nesetkali, po 3 týdnech se nikdo neozval, požadovali jsme pouze vchodové dveře, které nebyly nijak levné, zřejmě pro tuto firmu nelukrativní zakázka. Oslovili jsme jinou firmu a na druhý den jsou dveře již ve výrobě. My husband and I have never encountered such disinterest, after 3 weeks no one answered, we only demanded an entrance door, which was not cheap at all, apparently an incredible order for this company. We contacted another company and the next day the door is already in production.
R	Radim Górecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před cca. 17 lety jsem si nechal udělat TWW okna, byli tehdy šikovni a rychlí . Proto jsem je před cca. 5 lety oslovil o namontováni terasových dveří a oken. Opět rychlá reakce. Dnes jsem potřeboval poradit ohledně daných dveří, protože se stále otevirali a nevěděl jsem jak seřídit dane dveře . Zavolal Jsem do firmy, kde jsem si chtěl domluvit seřízení dveří. Byla mi nabídnuta možnost technika, ale ještě jsme vyzkoušeli komunikaci přes WhatsApp kde jsem ukázal kde by mohl být problém, a hned mi řekl co mám udělat aby to fungovalo. Otázka 10 min. a vše bylo vyřízeno. Tímto bych chtěl poděkovat panu Rajsovi za rychlou pomoc a radu. Děkuji PS: Danou firmu úplně doporučuji Before approx.
