★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkouším se dovolat na číslo uvedené na jejich stránkách. Ještě nikdy mi telefonát nebyl přijat. Asi je to hodně otravuje.
I'm trying to call the number on their site. I've never received a call. Perhaps it's a lot of annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Požadoval jsem zrušit smlouvu na O2 TV nakolik jsem se stěhoval mimo ČR. I přesto, že mi bylo řečeno, že smlouva bude zrušena po uplynutí výpovědní lhůty, faktury pořád chodili. Smlouvu nebyli schopni (nebo ochotni ?) zrušit ani napodruhé a nakonec mi ji zrušili až na jiné pobočce. Obecně mám ale špatnou zkušenost s rušením smluv v O2. Přítelkyně chtěla změnit operátora a nechat si číslo a nebyli ji schopni dát správné ČVOP. Je lepší s O2 ani nezačínat, pak se od nich dá těžko dostat pryč.
I wanted to cancel the contract on O2 TV as far as I moved outside the Czech Republic. Even though I was told that the contract would be canceled after the notice period had expired, the invoices were still going. They were not able (or willing?) To cancel the contract for the second time and eventually canceled it at another branch. But generally I have a bad experience with canceling contracts in O2. Girlfriend wanted to change operator and keep the number and were unable to give her the right ČVOP. It is better not to start with O2, then it is difficult to get away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v prodejně O2 Plzeň, Solní ulici,potřeboval jsem vyřešit technický problém se set-top-boxem,měl jsem štěstí,v prodejně bylo málo zákazníků, tak jsme to hned řešili, paní byla ochotná a příjemná,objednala mi co jsem potřeboval,za dva dny jsem ti měl doma, vše funguje.Doporučuji.
I was in the O2 Plzeň store, Solní street, I needed to solve a technical problem with the set-top box, I was lucky, there were few customers in the store, so we solved it right away, the lady was willing and pleasant, she ordered what I needed I had it at home in two days, everything works. I recommend it.
