To nevadí, že pod ním trpí podřízení a odraz to má i na zákazníky. Tady by se měl fakt někdo zamyslet. První problém nastal, když nám paní Suchá řekla, že smlouvu vypoví u stávajícího operátora a my už jen pošleme kód pro přenos čísla. Bohužel kód nepřišel tak jsme skoro po měsíci museli smlouvu vypovědět sami. Poté jsme navťívili prodejnu ještě celkem 3x a jednali jsme i s paní Chabadovou. Tam nám bylo opět řečeno, že pro O2 TV nám stačí mít chytrou televizi a nic jiného nepotřebujeme, tam buď už bude aplikace nebo nebo si ji stáhnete. Bohužel jsme nyní zjistili přes 02guru, že je tato aplikace pouze na televizi samsung 2017 a mladší (my máme LG) ? a že si musíme dokoupit O2 TV set-top box za cca 2300,- Kč ? a do třetice faktura za vyúčtování služeb přišla minulý týden a modem na internet přišel až tento týden, tedy po 2 měsících....
