Kozákem bylo od samého začátku perfektní. Dohodnuté termíny platily, rekonstrukce byla provedena dle požadavků a ve výborné kvalitě, příjemné jednání. Byl jsem natolik spokojený, že případnému zájemci jsem ochoten podat reference i osobně. Jsem z Moravy a z firem v Praze jsem měl trochu obavy, s p. Kozákem proběhlo vše na 100% spokojenosti, děkuji. Through the OAK Group, I bought a flat for my daughter in Prague and also carried out its reconstruction. The negotiations with the company executive Mr. Kozák were perfect from the very beginning. The agreed dates were valid, the reconstruction was carried out according to requirements and in excellent quality, pleasant negotiations. I was so satisfied that I would be willing to give references to a potential candidate personally. I am from Moravia and I was a little worried about companies in Prague, with Mr. Kozák everything was 100% satisfied, thank you.

Za mne nebrat jsou jiné a lepší firmy který to udelaj lépe a spolehlivě. Už nikdy bych si nenechal od této firmy udělat cokoliv už to chci mít zásobou a neznat je. Hrůza. I had the apartment renovated, they did not meet the deadline and no one answered. And the aunts will make repairs after half a year. Don't take other and better companies for me who do it better and reliably. I would never let this company do anything I want to have in stock and not know them. Terror.
E	Eliška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manžel si od nich nechal vypracovat projekt, od zacatku same problemy a vymluvy, kompletne vsak nemame nic. Predtim se vymlouvali, nyni už ani nezvedaji telefon, termin ve smlouve prosvihnut o 10 měsícu!!! Náprava žádná! My husband had a project developed from them, the same problems and excuses from the beginning, but we have nothing at all. They used to make excuses, now they don't even answer the phone, the deadline in the contract is extended by 10 months !!! No remedy!

Naprosta spokojenost, a mohu jen doporucit. Oak group helped us find an apartment and renovated it for a decent price. The delay was minimal, which was great these days. Absolute satisfaction, and I can only recommend.

Spolupráca bola skvelá, so všetkým nám poradili, so žiadnou požiadavkou nebol problém. S rekonštrukciou som veľmi spokojná. Firmu môžem len odporučiť. Oak group mediated the purchase of the apartment in its original condition and also renovated it for us. The cooperation was great, they advised us all, there was no problem with any request. I am very satisfied with the reconstruction. I can only recommend the company.

Měla jsem hodně dotazů a vymyslela jsem si dost věcí mimo standardní nabídku, ale vše jsme vždy podrobně probrali a výsledek byl vždy k mé plné spokojenosti. Můžu jen doporučit. Pokud hledáte někoho na rekonstrukci nebo stavbu, tak za mě je tohle jasná volba, myslím si, že nebudete litovat. OAK Group carried out a complete renovation of my newly purchased apartment. And the result is excellent. The communication was above standard. Counseling was a matter of course. I had a lot of questions and I came up with a lot of things outside the standard offer, but we always discussed everything in detail and the result was always to my full satisfaction. I can only recommend. If you are looking for someone to renovate or build, this is a clear choice for me, I don't think you will regret it.
J	Jana Sternerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup jednoho z bytů v rekonstruované vilce dopadl velkým neúspěchem. Chtěli jsme investici hradit přes hypotéku, což za Oak neměl být problém. Několika bankám na trhu však vadilo, že na nemovitosti vázne zástava v podobě nebankovního subjektu, banky k tomu chtěli doložit dodatečná potvrzení, což Oak dodat nechtěl. Zástupci Oaku neustále tlačili na podpis kupní smlouvy i když jsme neměli dořešenou hypotéku a to jen z důvodu nedostatku součinnosti od Oaku. Dle ústní domluvy nebyl nikdy nic podle Oaku problém, jednání bylo příjemné a vstřícné, avšak když došlo na činy, nic z domluveného se nestalo. Pozitivně kvituji dodržení vrácení rezervace(ikdyž se zpoždením). Všechny byty podle katastru nakonec koupila jedna hoteliérka. Celou dobu jsme byli ujišťováni,jak ostatní klienti ve vile nemají s hypotékami problém a že kvůli nám se termíny musí posunout. Jak vidno, problém museli mít i všichni ostatní. Pozitivní byl přístup techniků, se kterými jsme ladili vybavení, zde přístup profesionallní. Oak jako celek nedoporučuji. The purchase of one of the apartments in the reconstructed villa was a great failure. We wanted to pay for the investment through a mortgage, which was not a problem for Oak. However, several banks in the market were annoyed that the real estate was pledged as collateral in the form of a non-banking entity, and the banks wanted to provide additional confirmation, which Oak did not want to add. Oak's representatives kept pushing for the signing of the purchase agreement, even though we did not have an outstanding mortgage, and only because of Oak's lack of cooperation. According to Oak, nothing was ever a problem, according to Oak, the meeting was pleasant and helpful, but when it came to action, nothing agreed. I welcome the return of the reservation (albeit with a delay). According to the cadastre, all the apartments were bought by one hotelier. We were assured all the time how other clients in the villa did not have a problem with mortgages and that due to us the deadlines had to be postponed. As you can see, everyone else had to have a problem. The approach of the technicians with whom we tuned the equipment was positive, here the professional approach. I don't recommend Oak as a whole.
