★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a stunning limestone forest area and if you are into fungi then yesterday was a real treat as they were everywhere and all in prime condition. One warning though because of the quarry diversions it can lead to you missing path notices and crucial junctions and its not always clear where you are going. We had to use Google maps and GPS quite a few times but we did 20km overall and got back okay. Overall great walking area. Will definitely come back.
