Dovolat se tam, to je v podstatě zázrak. The most unprofessional and rude behavior of workers I have ever experienced. They treat their clients like a half, there can be no question of trying to help! Calling in there is basically a miracle.
O	Oleksiy Popovych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby to šlo, nedám ani jednu hvězdu. Dámy absolutně nezvládají svojí práci, nebo spíše ani zvládat nechtějí. Čekárna je věčně narvaná a čísla na tabuli s pořadím se za půl hodiny ani jednou nezmění. A to jsou tam 4 přepážky. Nemluvě o tom, že se dámy ani trochu nesnaží skrývat svou neochotu a otrávenost s Vámi cokoliv řešit. Telefonní číslo ani nemusíte zkoušet volat, tam to nikdy nikdo nezvedne. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. Ladies absolutely can't do their job, or rather they don't even want to do it. The waiting room is eternally packed and the numbers on the order board do not change even once in half an hour. And there are 4 partitions. Not to mention that ladies do not try to hide their reluctance and annoyance to deal with anything. You don't even have to try to call the phone number, no one will ever answer.

Nesetkala jsem se tam ani s jedním zaměstnancem, který by mluvil anglicky. Nehledě na to, jaké nemístné komentáře si mezi sebou zaměstnanci vyměňují v češtině, když mají naproti sobě cizince, o kterém si myslí, že jim nerozumí. Doufám, že se brzy něco změní, kontakt s touto institucí bych nepřála nikomu. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional behavior. They cannot be called when a person comes in person, they close the door in front of his nose in the middle of a sentence. I didn't meet an English-speaking employee there. Regardless of the inappropriate comments that employees exchange with each other in Czech, when they have a foreigner facing them that they think they do not understand. I hope that something will change soon, I would not wish contact with this institution to anyone.
V	Veronika Fazekašová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najhorší úrad aký som zažila. Absolútne, ale absolútne nekompetentný personál, a to hlavne mladá blond pani na prepáške 4,5 + biometria. Absolútna neochota, neempatia a neprofesionalizmus. Človek sa má na tento úrad objednať, ale číslo nefunguje, mail nefunguje a keď prídete osobne ešte z vás urobia doslova debila. The worst office I've ever had. Absolutely, but absolutely incompetent staff, especially a young blonde lady on the counter 4.5 + biometrics. Absolute reluctance, impatience and unprofessionalism. You have to order this office, but the number doesn't work, the mail doesn't work and when you come in person, they will literally make you a moron.

I can't imagine there was a horrible time, when I had to start waiting in the long queue in the freezing cold outside from 4 a.m, only in the hope that I would get a chance for my name to be called the least earlier. Despite breaking my leg waiting from mid night, I would still get my turn, sometimes luckily before the lunch break 11 a.m. and sometimes I have to tolerate waiting until noon. After they introduced the system of making reservation, I think it is 1000 times much better. Fortunately, they called me 10 mins earlier than my reservation time and I didn't totally have to waste my time waiting !!
