Very lax approach to communication and poor organization. It was not possible to change the deadline due to the injury in advance and no partial cancellation was offered. In spite of the agreement on the replacement of the participants, they eventually did not pick up the replacement members at their destination.

Organizer of course he did not pick up at a designated place and had turned off the phone, so I could not attend the course. Their communication was inadequate and access to very reluctantly. Since I paid a lot of money for the course and rental equipment, so I basically robbed. Strongly recommended.

In view of the contributions made by Mrs Marková and Mr Buchal below, I would like to respond briefly. I have been running ski alps courses for ALPY 4000 for 6 years and during that time it has never happened that I would not pick up, communicate or send a possible change somewhere. One week before the start of the course, I send each course participant an email confirming, specifying the event and requesting confirmation of reading this email in the form of an SMS to my mobile phone. I do all this regardless of the info sent from ALPY4000, as it is in my interest that we all meet at a given time at a given place. If the day before the start of the course I do not have a confirmation from the participant, then I call him in person. I don't think more could be done. All this can be done only if I have some contact with the participants and therefore I know about their participation at all. Yes, the above-mentioned couple canceled their participation in the course due to one of the couple's health reasons, and as a variant of not losing the paid course (cancellation conditions are on the website), they found substitutes for themselves. However, they did not send any contact to the substitutes, so I had no idea that any existed and would come. If I don't know about something, I can't react to it. At the moment when I had a lecture at Dvorská bouda for 6 participants, these substitutes were standing in the parking lot. It is not true that I had my cell phone switched off - it is not the best with a signal at Dvorská bouda and its surroundings. Last but not least, I object to Mr Buchal's statement "essentially robbed", which is a normal lie, as I agreed with their deputies on an alternative date, which took place from 6 to 8 March. 2020. It usually happens that someone is medically ill before leaving and sends a replacement for himself and also lets the person who runs the course know about it, which is logical. Jirka Bydžovský

Professionally and at the same time fun course. Definitely excited for more performances :).

I bought myself and a friend a basic skialp course as a gift. Unfortunately, we both caught a covid at the time we were supposed to go. However, they were very accommodating from the Alps4000 and took us as substitutes two weeks later. The course as such exceeded all my expectations. We learned breathtaking information about avalanches and rescues. We could practically try everything. The ski tours were fantastic. Both instructors did an advisory piece of work with us. The only difficult thing was to descend from the mountains again and return to reality. Thanks and we look forward to the next beats!

Avalanche course BASIC - Dvorská bouda. A weekend full of information from a professional who has extensive experience with the mountains. Compelling narration, analysis of avalanche accidents, .. There is nothing to complain about. Despite the unfavorable snow conditions, the organizers tried to prepare avalanche "sites" outside and we had the opportunity to try working with beeps, probes, etc. I would not hesitate and in the future I would choose ALPY4000 for one of the other training courses.

I could not attend the course due to illness. Since they had no expenses with me because of the trip, the accommodation, the food everything would be up to me. I expected them to return some of their money or meet it in another way. I wrote X emails and no reply. Basically, they only took the money to hold my place. Communication before the course, also terrible, finding out the information was a superhuman task and maybe well that I did not go, maybe I would go there unnecessarily.

In January, I took part in the BASIC Skialp course at Dvorská bouda. On Friday, we met with the course leader at the agreed place where the lessons on putting on the belts and preparing for the night climb to the shed started immediately. Over the next few days, we taught both theoretically and practically. Digging a snow profile, searching for avalanches, the basics of skiing on avalanche terrain and much more. For me, it was 5 days of information and entertainment. The icing on the climb was the ascent to Sněžka in windless weather. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn more about avalanches and safe movement in the winter mountains. Thank you to everyone who was on the course with me for the amazing atmosphere.
