★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to in the world. Very rude people. Forgot to start making our meal. After 20 min we did ask how long we have to wait.. But once again the bar guy tried to make it lool like its my fault that they forgot to start cooking and on the top of everything made a joke that it doesnot matter that we have a baby with us and we cant wait for an hour for their rubbish food. 2 items came out 50 min later. One more was missing. They said once again its our fault. We just turned around and left. Bad attitude... Worst customer service ever. Will never go back there again. Dissapointed 1000%

Ordered 4 drinks (2 beers, 2 kids’ drinks), paid, got overcharged, then received only 3 drinks and the lady started arguing that we had not paid for a 4th drink for one kid. Then she disappeared (with around 10 people in the queue) and we could not resolve the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at this site on 13 March 2022. The woman who served us was very sour and had a very bad attitude because we didn't speak Czech and we tried as best we could. There was no WATER. She didn't serve the food even though she wasn't doing anything, she didn't even put the cutlery on the plate, I had to get up and go back to get it, and napkins no way.
The burger was completely different from the picture on the menu, with other ingredients, and the meat was RAW and tasted horrible.
The place was not ventilated, the air was heavy and it was weird to breathe. 0/10 to this place.
