Snazila jsem s panem Holym domluvit na terminu. Psala jsem mu ze muzu v patky a o weekendu. Nabidnul me 3 terminy- jeden prilis ranny kdy mam zacpy, druhy zrovna kdyz jsem byla objednana k lekari. Pak mi nabidnoul prjit “dnes”- to byla streda, ja mam 2 malych deti v domacim vzdelavani, hlidani nemam. Rekla jsem ze dnes nemuzu, ale zavolam abychom se domluvili snadneji. Odpoved byla: “Tak mi jiz nevolejte a nepiste,nebudu vam odpovidat. Dekuji!” Od psychologa bych ocekavala mnohim vice trpelivosti a umeni zpracovovat svoji frustraci. A vlastne jsem rada ze tohle jsem dozvedela uz ted. Nerada bych zverila svoje zranitelne problemy a myslenky cloveku ktery nema trpelivost ani na takovou vec jako najit pro klienta vhodny termin.

I tried to make an appointment with Mr. Holy. I wrote to him from the man on foot and on the weekend. He offered me 3 dates - one too early in the morning when I have constipation, the other just when I was ordered to see a doctor. Then he offered to come "today" - it was Wednesday, I have 2 small children in home education, I have no babysitting. I said I can't today, but I'll call to make it easier to make an appointment. The answer was, “Then don't call me or write to me anymore, I won't answer you. Thank you!" I would expect from the psychologist a lot more patience and the art of processing my frustration. And I'm actually glad I found out about this now. I would not like to entrust my vulnerable problems and thoughts to a person who has no patience for such a thing as finding a suitable term for a client.
