★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá katastrofa co se komunikace týče. Na dotazy neodpovídají ani emailem, ani telefonicky... měsíc bez odpovědi. Neochota, nezájem. Tady jsme se vrátili cca o 30 let zpět. Na co takový úřad je? Očekával bych alespoň odpověď na zaslaný dotaz, ať už jakoukoliv. Skutečně si nedovedu představit CO tedy tady tito úředníci na tomto úřadě za MOJE peníze dělají.
 A complete disaster in terms of communication. They do not answer questions either by email or by phone ... a month without an answer. Reluctance, disinterest. We went back about 30 years here. What is such an office for? I would at least expect an answer to the question, whatever it is. I really can't imagine WHAT these officials at this office are doing for MY money here.
