The summerisation:1)we came into shop,the store manager greeted us unfriendly 2)the goods were not prepared correctly,we had to literally fight with the manager to correct him,that the product is different even when we showed him on the confirmation from the obi system,then he actually realized he was wrong and the fact that some of his staff member made mistake and he forwarded us to his colleague,who could not find the order,we waited long and asked some other staff for help with plastic bags, he gave us the instruction where to find them.In the end we hot what we originally ordered. We went to the cashier.That person did not control what we had only checked the paper invoices,so he did not charge us for the plastic bags.I had to remind him,we want to psy for them.He did not even apologize nor admited his mistake. Aldo each product was printed on different paper-what a waste.I had to do 4xpayment instead of one.
ALL WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
