★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme ubytovaní v chatce s vlastním sociálním zařízením. Dle fotek se nám zdála chatička sice větší, ale i tak tam pro naši čtyřčlennou rodinku a pejska bylo místa dost. Bylo zde čisto, necítili jsme žádnou zatuchlinu a vše funkční. Měli jsme zapůjčenou dětskou postýlku se vším, co k ní správně patří. Měli jsme radost z oploceného hřiště pro děti na dohled chatičkám i z biotopu, kde je i mělká část s pískem pro děti či pro neplavce. Večer tam pěkně kvakaly žabky a bylo příjemné jen tak sedět a pozorovat rybník. Menší hřiště s trampolínou, klouzačkou a houpačkou je hned u vchodu, kde funguje i bar s možností výběru ze skvělého jídelního lístku. Pejsci zde našli i misku s vodou. Parkoviště je hned u areálu. Obsluha byla velice milá a pracovitá. Toto místo rozhodně doporučuji pro rodinné pobyty. Okolí vybízí k procházkám, které ujdou i malé nožky.
 We were accommodated in a cottage with its own bathroom. According to the photos, the cottage seemed bigger, but there was still plenty of space for our family of four and a dog. It was clean, we didn't feel any stale and everything worked. We borrowed a cot with everything that belongs to it properly. We enjoyed the fenced playground for children in sight of the cottages and the habitat, where there is also a shallow area with sand for children or non-swimmers. In the evening, the flip-flops croaked there and it was nice to just sit and watch the pond. A small playground with a trampoline, slide and swing is right at the entrance, where there is also a bar with a choice of great menus. The dogs also found a bowl of water here. Parking is right next to the complex. The staff was very nice and hardworking. I definitely recommend this place for family stays. The surroundings encourage walks that even small feet can miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is lovely and has a lot of potential, however, the management is appalling and the staff lets the business down.
My brother booked the place for their wedding, during the time of planning the manager changed 5 times. Each of them provided different information, didn't stick to their word and failed to answer emails most of the time.
During the wedding day, they were massively understaffed at lunch so all service took ages. They also didn't know what they were serving which I found unbelievable and disappointing.
There was several more issues with the manager and we'll be raising a formal complaint to her boss.
Giving 2 stars only because the place is actually nice.
