After half a year, her daughter's cork insole burst onto her slippers. It can happen. She is not local, so she paid postage and sent damaged slippers to the store. The complaint was accepted and settled within the legal deadline. The "new" came within a month. As she unpacked, she noticed that they had poorly (in several places) embossed holes on the ribbons, and the belts themselves were abraded in several places. Since I was driving around to Pardubice, I took my shoes with me and naively thought that I would solve everything on the spot. Mr. Drahoš, the manager, explained to me that the shoes were repaired and had the original leather upper, and my daughter had worn the belts before. He didn't look at the protocol they had drawn up at all, where there was not a word about the repair. Instead, he arrogantly asked me several times if I understood Czech. There were about five women in the store with me. It was clear to everyone present that Santé was not a good advertisement when a company representative spoke disrespectfully to you. Not to the manager. Glued slippers are not repaired, just replaced with others. The upper is new, unfortunately it is damaged. But we have to be glad that it turned out at least like this. They can be worn, I will not employ a lawyer for 600 CZK, but what I do know is that we will not buy anything in Santé. And the ladies present who saw our conversation may not.

Santé obuv (overall this company, not just the shop in Proseč) are fraudsters. Firstly, low-quality footwear, after a month, the sole and insole on the slippers were unstuck, secondly, the shoes were badly sewn, and when the complaint took place, they charged me postage again, saying that they would return it to my account ... It didn't happen and they made a dead beetle. After the emergencies, the owner himself called Mr. Hyžák, who apparently likes to rob people and told me that he will not return anything to me. I do not recommend, you'd better look elsewhere if you don't want an overpriced shunt and still support Mr. Hyžák's thief.
