★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nevstřícné jednání, špatná pracovní doba - 15 min. před koncem pracovní doby již nefungují. Dlouhá čekací doba. Na email neodpovídají.
Terénní pracovníci neřeší podstatné, ale rozdávají pokuty za drobné bezvýznamné prohřešky při parkování, které je v Praze 6 problém.
Very unfriendly conduct, poor working hours - 15 min. before closing time longer work. Long waiting time. On the email do not match.
Outreach workers does not solve the essential but handing out fines for minor offenses insignificant parking, which is a problem in Prague 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys helped me and my kids out a LOT! We were stuck in the middle of the night with no where to go, and they stayed with me until I found a safe place. Don't believe the rumors that Czech police are rude and cold. They even spoke English and let me use their phone, and gave me tips and support on what to do.
