Vyšetření optometristou a následný nákup brýlí včetně doporučení doplňkového sortimentu v péči o brýle i zrak beru jako bonus ;) Nice environment, helpful and professional staff. I recommend! Examination by an optometrist and subsequent purchase of glasses, including recommendations for additional assortment in the care of glasses and eyesight, I take as a bonus;)

OBROVSKÉ PODĚKOVÁNÍ za přístup a ochotu sestřiček i paní primářky a hlavně za neskutečný výsledek. Ještě jednou děkujeme !!! R	Radek Jančík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem objednaný na pátek 14h. Přijedu z Těšína a na dveřích že odešli domů v 13:30. Přitom měli telefon i mail na mě kde mi přišlo potvzení i registrace. Celkově jsem u nich byl 3x. Nakonec jsem vypěnil a ještě ten den mi to udělali jinde I was booked for Friday 2 p.m. I will arrive from Těšín and at the door that they left home at 13:30. At the same time, they had a phone and an e-mail to me, where I received a confirmation and registration. Overall, I was with them 3 times. In the end, I foamed and they did it to me elsewhere that day

Mám velmi akutní problém, kdy jsem si den předem volala na polikliniku, že se chci objednat na oční. Řekli mi, že akutní případy berou mezi 7-9 hodinou ranní a že mám dorazit v tyto hodiny bez objednání! Nejdříve vyšla sestra, která byla velmi nepříjemná i na pacienty předemnou, nakonec přišla po hodině a půl řada na mě, kdy se mě zeptala na objednání. Sdělila jsem jí, co mi řekli na recepci. Řekla arogatně, že mám smůlu, že nejsou pohotovost. Odešla za doktorem, který mi pak přišel říct totéž a ještě mnohem horším způsobem. Nehledě na to, že si museli všimnou v jakém stavu je moje oko, ale evidentně jim to bylo úplně jedno.MUDr. Dolejší už teda nikdy více. Nejhorší přístup co jsem kdy zažila! Děkuji pěkně, že jsem se sem v pátek tahala 100 km jen abych si zde mohla hodinu a půl posedět a jet zase zpátky. Absolutely unbelievable and brazen behavior on the part of both the doctor and the nurse. I have a very acute problem, when I called the polyclinic the day before that I wanted to order an eye clinic. They told me that acute cases take between 7-9 am and that I should arrive at these hours without an appointment! First a nurse came out, which was very unpleasant even for patients in advance, finally after an hour and a half it came to me, when she asked me to order. I told her what they told me at the front desk. She said arrogantly that I was unlucky not to be on call. She went to the doctor, who then came to tell me the same and in a much worse way. Despite the fact that they must have noticed the condition of my eye, but obviously they didn't care. So the lower one is never again. The worst approach I've ever experienced! Thank you very much for following 100 km here on Friday just so I could sit here for an hour and a half and go back again.
