Opravdu by se nemělo stávat, když voláte s prosbou o pomoc celkem se závažným problémem, že Vám sestřička řekne nehezkým tónem běžte si tam, kde Vám to diagnostikovali.
The nurse's behavior and reluctance on the phone today disappointed me so much that I decided to write my first negative review. It really shouldn't happen when you call for help with a serious problem that the nurse tells you in an ugly tone, go where you were diagnosed.

Odkazali me tam,kam jsem chodil dosud -150 km daleko.Po vysvetleni,ze jsem se prestehoval k Řicanum a vyptavani co me trapi(bolest oka) mne sestra sdelila,ze nove pacienty neberou at jdu jinam a polozila telefon. Opravdu ukazka jak by to fungovat nemelo.
The reluctance of the nurse and Mrs. Mudr. on phone. They pointed me to where I had walked -150 km away. After explaining that I had moved to Ricanum and asking me what was bothering me (eye pain), my nurse told me that they were not taking new patients elsewhere and hung up the phone. Really a demonstration of how it shouldn't work.
