★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dům je klasicistní stavba z doby kolem poloviny 19. století, postavená na barokních sklepích. Ve hmotě domu jsou použity fragmenty staršího zdiva z předcházejícího objektu. Stavba je součástí krásné a urbanisticky velmi hodnotné Svatováclavské ulice, která jako celek tvoří předpolí zámku. Fasádu ukončuje odstupňovaná hlavní římsa, nad kterou je sedlová střecha. Pod domem jsou dvě patra sklepů. Na dvorku za domem stojí malý domek se zaklenutými prostorami. Dům je Ministerstvem kultury vyhlášen jako kulturní památka.
The house is a classicist building from the middle of the 19th century built on Baroque cellars. The fragments of the older masonry from the previous building are used in the mass of the house. The building is part of the beautiful and urbanistically valuable St. Wenceslas Street, which as a whole forms the pre-castle area. The façade ends with the stepped main ledge, above which is the saddle roof. Under the house there are two floors of cellars. In the yard behind the house a small house stands with vaulted spaces. The house is declared a cultural monument by the Ministry of Culture.
