★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní je milá, pomohla nám pro děti vybrat moc pěkné brýle za dobrou cenu. Mají tam pěkný výběr spoustu barev pro děti i dospělé.
Myslím, že v grand optikal atd by to vyšlo na úplně jiné peníze.
 The lady is nice, she helped us choose very nice glasses for the children for a good price. They have a nice selection of lots of colors for children and adults.
I think in grand optikal etc. it would cost a completely different money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní klidně přijde 10 minut po oficiální otvírací době, špalíru lidí stojících před obchodem se ani neomluví. V jednání je velmi nepříjemná a celkově mi přijde, že trochu propásla dobu, a neuvědomuje si, že už není rok 1985. Dvakrát jsem něco potřeboval (šroubek do brýlí, okluzory pro dítě) a v obou případech jsem odešel s nepořízenou.
The lady will calmly arrive 10 minutes after the official opening hours, the bar of people standing in front of the store will not even apologize. She is very uncomfortable in negotiations and overall I think she missed a bit of time, and she doesn't realize that it's not 1985. I needed something twice (screw for glasses, occluders for a child) and in both cases I left with no one.
