Hello, until now I was satisfied with the services of this optician, but for the last time the lady disappointed me a lot. I had new glasses put in the existing frames. When I picked up my glasses, they seemed fine to me, I didn't look for anything special in them, it didn't occur to me at all when I took over. Only at home in the light did I notice that the hoops are painted over the nose with a black marker. I went back and wanted an explanation if they were damaged when the windows were inserted. The lady informed me that she certainly wasn't, that I already had an abrasion there and that she just painted it for me so that it wouldn't be so visible. ?. After washing the felt-tip pen, the scratch was not overlooked, it is simply not possible that it was already there. Logically, I would buy whole glasses and not just glasses. The lady herself inspected them before the order and realized that they are fine and it pays to put only glasses. This approach disappointed me a lot and really upset me. I think I would better accept the confession and try to somehow agree on a remedy. I understand that this can happen, and admitting it is really better than denying it. After a while, the lady stopped talking to me and paid attention to me. So I was very sorry that I didn't have the glasses photographed before the handover. It was my favorite optician, but after this experience, I will never buy anything there again and I definitely do not recommend it.
