★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý výběr. Již po několikáté jsme zde vybírali a vždy jsem byl spokojen já i celá rodina. Dámy poradí na první dobrou a nebloudíte mezi tunou obrouček, jak v ostatních optikách.
Great choice. We have been choosing here for several times and I and the whole family have always been satisfied. The ladies will advise on the first good and you will not get lost among a ton of rims, as in other opticians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha prodejny se snaží kupujícímu vnucovat svoje názory (netuším jaké má vzdělání, ale odmítá názory lékaře), neochota, neschopnost pružně reagovat a nabízet alternativy - všechno problém. Prodavačka pořád listovala v nějakých knihách, při mé otázce proč, vcelku neochotně odpovídala a neobratně vysvětlovala. Chtěl jsem koupit dioptrické čočky. Při jednání s prodavačkou jsem se vrátil do dob, kdy zákazník pro obchodníka vlastně nic neznamená. Tak snad si vydělají dost peněz a o zákazníka nemají nouzi, protože já se tam již nevrátím. NEDOPORUČUJI.
The store staff tries to impose their opinions on the buyer (I have no idea what his education is, but rejects the doctor's opinions), reluctance, inability to react flexibly and offer alternatives - all a problem. The saleswoman was still flipping through some books, answering my question why, quite reluctantly, and explaining awkwardly. I wanted to buy dioptric lenses. When negotiating with the saleswoman, I went back to a time when the customer actually means nothing to the salesman. So maybe they will earn enough money and they are not in need of a customer, because I will not return there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
