★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup MUDr. Mádlové. Přišel jsem s dvouletou dcerou, protože měla zánět v oku. Tato doktorka nás neošetřila s odůvodněním, že ji ošetřit nemůže, že ji musí nejprve vidět její dětský lékař. Samozřejmě nesmysl. Pohodlná, neochotná paní, která by měla vrátit diplom a jít si raději sednout za pokladnu do supermarketu, když nechce pomoc malému dítěti, který má akutní problém!
 Terrible approach of MUDr. Mádlové. I came with a two-year-old daughter because she had inflammation in her eye. This doctor has not treated us on the grounds that she cannot treat her, that her pediatrician must first see her. Nonsense, of course. A comfortable, reluctant lady who should return her diploma and go to the supermarket for a checkout if she doesn't want to help a small child who has an acute problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesný přístup doktorky i sestry. Přišla jsem pro 3 dny trvající bolest v oku, nepomáhaly přípravky z lékárny. Čekárna prázná, ale prý mě vzít nemůže, protože má plno. Ani se nepodívala, jestli mě eviduje v kartotéce a k 4leté dceři mi řekla, ať si zajdu třeba k pediatrovi. Když jsem chtěla od ní napsat, že mě neošetří a z jakého důvodu, že to budu řešit s pojišťovnou, řekla, že to nenapíše a třískla dveřmi. Budu psát stížnost na pojišťovnu, přestože to bude k ničemu, protože jsem nenahrávala. Od teď díky paní doktorce už nevlezu do žádné čekárny nebo ordinace bez zapnutého nahrávání. Toto stvoření se ani nedá nazvat doktorkou, to je řeznice. A místo sestry má senilní netáhlo. Vyhněte se tomuto místu obloukem.
Absolutely appalling attitude of doctor and nurse. I came for 3 days of pain in the eye, the products from the pharmacy did not help. The waiting room is empty, but they say they can't take me because it's full. She didn't even see if she registered me in the file cabinet and told her 4-year-old daughter to go see a pediatrician, for example. When I wanted to write to her that she would not treat me and for what reason that I would deal with the insurance company, she said that she would not write it and slammed the door. I will write a complaint to the insurance company, even though it will be useless because I did not record. From now on, thanks to the doctor, I will no longer enter any waiting room or surgery without recording turned on. This creature can't even be called a doctor, it's a butcher. And my sister's place is not senile. Avoid this place with an arc.
