S	Sandra Cy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si zde dioptrické brýle pro sebe i pro dceru,u obou vypadlo sklíčko a bylo mi řečeno že je to špatným zacházením,a to jsme měli ty brýle na sobě 3x teprve takže také nedoporučuji...měli jsme brýle už odjinud a tohle nám neudělalo,jelikož jsme se přestěhovali tak jsem šla pro nové brýle tady a takhle to dopadlo... I ordered prescription glasses for myself and my daughter here, the glass fell out with both of them and I was told that it was mistreatment, and we only wore those glasses 3 times, so I also do not recommend ... we already had glasses from elsewhere and this is what we did not do because we moved so I went for new glasses here and this is how it turned out ...

Několikrát se zlomily... 1x výměna rámu proběhla v pořádku, po 2x mi zaměnili sklíčko s cizím, a nyní se zlomily po 3x ??‍♀️ Když se brýle nezlomily, tak neustále vypadávaly šroubky, a sklíčka...Ještě chci dodat, že s brýlemi jsem zacházela vždy slušně. Zlomily se i tehdy, když se o ně člověk pouze lehce otřel ? Brýle vyrábí asi z papíru... Optiku rozhodně nedoporučuji. I bought glasses here that are very poor. They broke several times ... 1x the frame replacement was OK, after 2 times they replaced my glass with a stranger, and now they broke after 3x ??‍♀️ When the glasses did not break, screws were constantly falling, and the slides ... I still want to add, that I always treated the glasses properly. They broke even when one brushed them lightly ? Glasses made of paper ... Optics definitely not recommended.

Vyšetření zraku perfektní, ani u doktora neměli tolik času a výsledek výborný. Chtěl jsem celkem netradiční specialitu a dostal jsem ji. The sixth optics visited in a month, but the first where I didn't hear the words "we can't, we can't, we don't, we don't have". Visual examination was perfect, even at the doctor they did not have that much time and the result was excellent. I wanted a rather unconventional specialty and I got it.
S	Soňa Gacková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišla jsem 20 minut před zavření optiky. Paní velice příjemná. Se vším poradila. Potřebovala jsem sluneční zrcadlové brýle a dioptrie do brýlí. Ochota, odcházela jsem za 15 minut. Kdyby byla paní nepříjemná odcházím, ale odešla jsem s úsměvem a spokojená :) I arrived 20 minutes before the optics closed. Mrs. very nice. She dealt with everything. I needed mirrored sunglasses and eyeglasses. Willingness, I left in 15 minutes. If the lady was uncomfortable I would leave, but I left with a smile and satisfied :)
