N	Nikol Kuchtíčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když mi zrušili termín v FN Brno našla jsem na internetu toto místo. Hodně mě překvapilo, že měli termíny hned na další den. Po objednání jsem našla recenze a musím říct, že jsem byla vyděšena a uvažovala jsem, jestli odběr ještě nezruším a nepočkám na termín někde jinde. Nakonec jsem tak neučinila a jsem moc ráda. Čekali jsme v autě jen pár minut, než na nás vyšla řada. Když se zjistilo, že naše žádanky nejsou v systému, ptala jsem se, jestli by nám neudělali alespoň antigenní testy. Slečna říkala, že určitě, ale ať ještě zkusím zavolat doktorce. Ta do 10 minut dala žádanky znovu do systému a odběr proběhl bez problémů. Výsledky přišly do 24 hodin, tak jak nám bylo slíbeno. Možná jsem jen měla šteští na personál, možná jsme přijeli na testy v dobrou dobu, kdo ví. V každém případě je moje zkušenost s tímto odběrovým místem dobrá a můžu jen doporučit:)). When my term was canceled at the Brno University Hospital, I found this place on the Internet. I was very surprised that they had deadlines for the next day. After ordering, I found a review and I must say that I was scared and I was wondering if I would cancel the subscription yet and wait for a date somewhere else. In the end, I didn't do it and I'm very happy. We waited in the car for only a few minutes before it was our turn. When it was discovered that our requests were not in the system, I asked if they would at least do antigen tests for us. The lady said for sure, but let me try to call the doctor again. Within 10 minutes, she returned the requests to the system and the collection went smoothly. The results came within 24 hours, as promised. Maybe I was just lucky with the staff, maybe we came for the tests at a good time, who knows. In any case, my experience with this collection point is good and I can only recommend :)).
L	Lenka Kynická on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlá komunikace i samotné testování, pokud se objednáte na určitý čas. Jinak berou i neobjednané poté. Škoda toho, že je to u staveniště a hrozně se tam práší. Fast communication and testing itself if you order for a certain time. Otherwise, they take non-ordered afterwards. Too bad it's at the construction site and it's dusty.
D	Dagmar Janevova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vřele doporučuji. Personál mě po telefonu ochotně navedl, na místě vše probíhalo rychle, bezbolestně a koordinovaně. I přes hustý déšť byli pracovníci milí, rychlí a já díky odstavnému parkovišti počkala i s miminkem na zadním sedadle pěkně v suchu na výsledek, který mi přinesli až do auta. Děkuji za dobrou zkušenost, doporučím i dále. I warmly recommend. The staff willingly guided me over the phone, everything was fast, painless and coordinated on the spot. Despite the heavy rain, the workers were nice, fast, and thanks to the parking lot, I waited with my baby in the back seat pretty dry for the result, which they brought to my car. Thank you for a good experience, I will recommend further.
L	Lucie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jezdili jsme sem po každé, byli jsme spokojený (byli šetrný a přístup super).. Do doby, než mi 4 samotesty různého druhu ukázali silně pozitivní test (kdy už 4 dny mi bylo velmi špatně-veškeré příznaky), po testování zde PCR, kdy mladý muž velmi bolestivě udělal stěr a posléze mi do 24 hod přišel PCR NEGATIVNÍ, obvolávala jsem laboratoře,kde mi potvrdili znovu Negativitu.. Mě to samozřejmě nedalo a jela jsem do jiného tetsovacího centra druhý den, nárok na PCR samozřejmě 1x týdně,naštěstí mě napadlo zavolat dr a požádat ji o žádanku.. PCR samozřejmě POZITIVNÍ!!!!! Vůbec nechápu jakým stylem to dělají,že se takto spletou či neumí udělat stěr řádně!!! We drove here after everyone, we were satisfied (they were friendly and the approach was great). Until 4 self-tests of various kinds showed me a strong positive test (when I had been feeling very sick for 4 days), after testing here PCR, when the young man smeared very painfully and then I got PCR NEGATIVE within 24 hours, I called the laboratories, where they confirmed Negativity again. it occurred to me to call dr and ask her for a request .. PCR course POSITIVE !!!!! I don't understand at all what style they do that they make a mistake or they can't do a smear properly !!!

Jediná, bohužel dost zásadní, chyba je, že výsledek jimi provedeného PCR testu byl chybně pozitivní. Ještě v den, kdy jsem obdržela výsledky, jsem si nechala PCR test zopakovat u jiné společnosti a s negativním výsledkem. Přesto, díky našemu chytrému systému evidence nakažených, pro nějž "první slovo platí", musím zůstat doma, ačkoliv zjevně došlo k pochybení společnosti Anygence (tímto jim z celého srdce děkuji). Edit k 18. 3.: Ze společnosti se mi ozvali, chybu napraví a jsou ochotni vrátit peníze. Děkuji za férové jednání, tentokrát již ne sarkasticky. Edit k 31.3.: Společnost již podruhé změnila názor na výsledek mého testu. Přesto trvali na navrácení peněz, ohledně čehož mě 19. 3. kontaktovala pracovnice společnosti a vzala si ode mě údaje k tomu potřebné s tím, že do pěti pracovních dní bude částka na mém účtu. Edit k 20. 4.: Platba za test vrácena. The organization on site was not bad, and the staff was quite nice. The only, unfortunately quite fundamental, error is that the result of the PCR test performed by them was erroneously positive. On the day I received the results, I had the PCR test repeated at another company and with a negative result. Nevertheless, thanks to our clever infection control system, for which the "first word applies", I have to stay at home, although there has obviously been a mistake by Anygence (thank you from the bottom of my heart). Edit on March 18: They contacted me from the company, they correct the mistake and they are willing to return the money. Thank you for a fair deal, this time no longer sarcastically. Edit to 31.3 .: The company changed its opinion on the result of my test for the second time. Nevertheless, they insisted on a refund, about which a company employee contacted me on 19 March and took the necessary information from me, stating that the amount would be in my account within five working days. Edit on April 20: Test payment refunded.

Výsledek dorazil tentýž den v půl 12 večer, stejně tak i certifikát do e-mailu, na kterém však není qr kód, který spojuje výsledek s ocko.uzis. Po testu se měl objevit výsledek do 12 hodin v uzis, pokud tam nebyl, mělo se kontaktovat uvedené číslo. Při prvním pokusu po více než 12 hodinách od získání sms mi operátorka řekla, že s tím nic nemůže dělat, že je to chyba ministerstva. Po telefonátu na 1122 (výsledek jsem potřebovala v aplikaci, tou dobou už jsem byla ve Vídni na letišti) mi řekli, že mi nemohou pomoci, že jde o kompetenci laboratoře. Po dalším volání na linku laboratoře jsem znovu dostala stejný certifikát bez kódu a operátorka mi do telefonu ironicky řekla “To je nepříjemný.”, když jsem se ji snažila vysvětlit, že potvrzení v aplikaci potřebuji pro let. Rozumím tomu, že byl svátek a výsledek testu mohl teoreticky trvat, ale arogance operátorky na lince laboratoře byla neuvěřitelná. Výsledek se v systému objevil až přibližně po 18 hodinách a několika naléhavých telefonátech. Personál na odběrovém místě byl skvělý, ale příště už sem nepřijdu. After another call to the lab line, I again received the same certificate without a code, and the operator ironically said "It's annoying," to the phone as I tried to explain to her that I needed confirmation in the app for years. I understand that it was a holiday and the test result could theoretically last, but the arrogance of the operator on the lab line was incredible. The result did not appear in the system until approximately 18 hours after several urgent phone calls. The staff at the collection point was great, but I won't come here next time.
R	Radek Janata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatímco jiná odběrná místa mají (měla) obsazeno na několik dní dopředu, tady se dalo objednat během 30 minut. Čekal jsem cca dalších 30 minut. Dá se tam zajet a zaparkovat pár metrů od odběrného místa (paní vrátná vás pustí přez závoru dovnitř). Jinak mírný chaos, rezervace se jim nespárovala, vše jsem musel diktovat znovu. Pořád někdo přibíhal a odbíhal, pořád nějaké prodlevy. Prostředí nic moc. While other collection points have (had) been occupied for a few days in advance, here they could be ordered within 30 minutes. I waited for about another 30 minutes. You can go there and park a few meters from the collection point (the porter will let you in through the barrier). Otherwise a slight chaos, the reservation did not match them, I had to dictate everything again. Someone was still running and running, still some delays. The environment is not much.
E	Elizabet Baladová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše nejhorší zkušenost s testováním!!! Nikoho nezajímá, že jste objednaní a nikdo to nedodržuje, berou kohokoliv, kdo přijde. Čekali jsme 45 minut a bylo nám sděleno, že jak můžeme vidět, mají spoustu lidí a výsledek bude asi do 48 hodin, ale těžko říct. A samozřejmě vás tlačí do zaplacení si testu, abyste měli výsledek včas. Slečna nám brala dva vzorky, které pomíchala, nepopsala a nemohla ani tušit, který patřil komu- jak si tohle můžou dovolit??? Totální zmatek, už nikdy, nevidím důvod, proč bychom měli odnášet to, že vezmou každého a pak toho mají moc Our worst testing experience !!!
