First time i went for PCR test. I didn't receive the results in 23 hours, and i went there to check. They lost my sample. Not sure how it's possible, but they lost it. They did quick antigen test (which was not enough for me to travel anyways). I requested the refund for PCR and then in 2 hours they have sent PCR results. They claim they "found it".
Second time i went for Antigen test. No results received in 24 hours. Nobody is answering calls or emails. In 3 days i received a reply on my email with link to a website, but results were not there. Not even saying that answering with a link, without any "hello", text or explanation what has happened is quite rude.
I highly do not recommend this service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. PLEASE TRY ANOTHER TEST CENTER. Only 2 Hours before my test, they sent the text which is saying “ they don’t have the enough sample.” I don’t understand why they cannot do basic Math? Hey guys, its super simple, you only need accept the appointments according to your capacity.I have a flight and I have to find another place ( I book them 8 days ago btw) , will you pay also in case I miss the flight??? they are sorry.. well, I am more sorry because of your IQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have the same awful experience as the other reviewers, but it was not great either. Scheduled 2 antigen tests, for my wife and I, and in our reservation form our data was wrong.
I considered it could be my fault, but my date of birth was empty and my wife's was set to 2050. These are not valid fields when making a reservation, so it couldn't have been an error on my side.
I had these errors fixed on site but it took a while. I suspect I wasn't the only one with wrong data as the queue was quite big and we waited 45 mins past our reserved slot to get tested. Everyone spent 5 minutes with the clerk and 30 seconds with the nurse, which meant she was often just waiting around for the next patient.
On top of that the tests are on the more expensive side for self payers. I did not have a completely awful experience as I got my results in the end after an hour of waiting, but I also don't see any reason to recommend this place. Go to Covid Point in Florenc.
