Mně už k ničemu, potřebovala jsem potvrzení do práce, kam jsem šla ráno (tj. po 48 hodinách) a myslela si, že už jistě test budu mít. The test result came in 51 hours! Useless to me, I needed a confirmation for the job I went to in the morning (ie after 48 hours) and I thought I would definitely have a test.

Zcela určitě Vaše služby již nevyuziji. I absolutely don't understand how you can send results in 48 hours today. That's unbelievable!!!!! With an unpleasant staff. I will definitely not use your services again.

But for the 2 last times of making PCR test , my experience of very awful and I have to write review here , cause communication via email is very rude. Me and my family on 15/7/2021 at 9 o clock had a PCR test. The results for 3 family members out of 4 came around 9 PM , one is missed. I contacted laboratory via email and asked if they can send me results for the last one ( I have received 4 sms for results collection ), team responded me to wait 48 hours. Now it is more than 48 hours and we still do not have last test result. I mentioned in email a couple times name and birth date of the missed person , however team asked me in a rude way to repeat personal details for a couple of times ( weird cause all information is in mail chain ). Today we have a flight , and we still do not have test results. And you know what , last time I had the same bad experience. One of the test has been missed. Highly management of the company , please be so kind review such situations and make your employees to be more king to foreigners and respond emails in appropriate way. Thanks

The whole process from entering the premises to leaving took ~3-5 minutes. Waiting is outside, in the air, which is a good thing comparing to some other labs. Spacious parking lot. Got tested at 8:35, received the results at 21:00 same day. Hats down to the lab staff working late hours. Best price - 1300 CZK including the confirmation in 3 languages.

I called them first they told me waiting is approximately 3-6 minutes which was amazing and was actually happened too? very short form which needs to be filled out, don’t forget your email address because this is where they will send you certificate. It is little hidden however you need to walk back towards Karlovo namesti if coming by tram, btw the tram stop DVORCE. If by car there is parking available.I paid with card all together 1990 czk the cheapest which I found in prague the one on Vaclavske namesti is 1790 + 500 extra for certificate. The swab is done from both nose drills so don't be surprised, nurse was very gentle and informed me about every step and yes it gets deep but this is how it needs to be done. The results first on sms next day in the morning the certificate arrived later. Thanks for your service ? ?
