O	Otakar Dragon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se o čtyřpodlažni budovu v areálu FN společná s infekčním oddělením.Kladný,ochotný a trpělivý přístup k pacientům jak od doktorů tak i zdravotních sester.??? WiFi free v areálu. It is a four-storey building in the FN area shared with the infectious department. A good, helpful and patient approach to patients from both doctors and nurses.
N	Nela Šmírová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná zkušenost z ambulance, kam jsem zavitala poprvé a pouze s kosmetickymi záležitostmi pro radu.. Uz v čekárně jsem byla svědkem, jak na zavolanou starou paní vylezla sestra a na dvě doby ji seřvala, ze byla volana na recepci a ne k doktorovi. Pani ale byla opravdu volana k doktorovi a sestře nerozuměla... Pak si me zavolala na recepci druhá a uplne stejnym tónem me hned zkritizovala, proc ji podavam vyvolane číslo a ne kartu pojištěnce... V druhé fázi se me zeptala co tam jako neobjednany pacient dělám, ze mezi 9 a 10:30 si tam nemuzu jen tak prijit, ze je to všude napsané, jako bych mela cas cist vsechny polepene dvere a okenka... Vysvetlila jsem ji, ze normálně chodim do prace a nemam cas si chodit po doktorech, proto jsem to spojila a po darovani krve zasla k nim... Stihla mi akorat odvetit, ze do prace tam chodí všichni.. No asi ne kdyz byla cekarna plná důchodců... Sestram bych doporucila chodit na kurzy slusneho chovani na krevni centrum, je to jako dva světy . Uvedomte si, ze jste si vybraly praci s lidmi!! A horrible experience from the ambulance, where I visited for the first time and only with cosmetic matters for advice. Already in the waiting room I witnessed a nurse climbed onto the called old lady and scold her for two times that she was called at the reception and not the doctor. But the lady was really called to the doctor and the nurse did not understand ... Then the other person called me at the reception and in the same tone she immediately criticized me for handing her the dialed number and not the insured card ... In the second phase she asked me what to order patient I pretend that between 9 and 10:30 I can't just come there, that it's written everywhere, as if I had time to clean all the glued doors and windows ... I explained to her that I normally go to work and I don't have time to go after the doctors, that's why I put it together and after donating blood she sent to them ... She just managed to say that everyone goes to work there .. Well, probably not when the waiting room was full of pensioners ... blood center, it's like two worlds. Realize that you have chosen to work with people !!
s	sichkin lichkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V životě jsem nezažil tak nepříjemnou sestru. Slušné vychování moc nepobrala, jednala se mnou jak s největší obtěžující špínou. To, že ji nehorázně otravuji, bylo znát z tónu i obsahu mluvy. Následně po telefonu zhodnotila, že můj problém není akutní a poslala mě do háje. :-) FNO mě svým přístupem k lidem celkově dost baví:-). To je podle mě možné jen tady. I have never experienced such an unpleasant sister in my life. She didn't take much decency, she treated me like the most annoying dirt. The fact that I was blatantly annoying her was evident in the tone and content of her speech. She then assessed over the phone that my problem was not acute and sent me to hell. :-) FNO generally enjoys my approach to people overall :-). I think that's only possible here.

In November 2021 I visited the dermatosurgical hall, I would like to thank MUDr. Kaščáková and her sister for a nice attitude and sensitive treatment.
L	Lenka Mertová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa!! Sestra nepříjemná, jako by ji pacienti obtěžovali. I když se objednáte, musíte čekat min. hodinu v plné čekárně. Tohle místo určitě nedoporučuji. Catastrophe!! The nurse is uncomfortable, as if her patients are bothering her. Even if you order, you have to wait min. hour in a full waiting room. I definitely do not recommend this place.
