★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Pokorný byl u nás od zavolání rychle. Stála jsem s autem na velmi nebezpečném úseku spolu se 4 dětmi a psem na "palubě"... uprostřed noci. Pojišťovna AXA s náhradním vozidlem absolutně nefungovala. Hrozilo nám, že nás vysadí na nádraží a budu s dětmi 4 hodiny čekat na první vlak. Nicméně pan Pokorný nás vzal k sobě domů a postaral se o nás od začátku do konce. Pojišťovna nám neobstarala auto ani následující den, tak pan Pokorný zavezl mne i s rodinou na vlak. Velké díky!”
Mr. Pokorny has been with us since the call. I stood with the car on a very dangerous stretch with 4 kids and a dog on the "deck" ... in the middle of the night. AXA, with its replacement vehicle, did not work absolutely. We were threatened to drop us off at the station and wait 4 hours for the first train with the kids. However, Mr. Pokorný took us home and took care of us from start to finish. The insurance company did not arrange a car for us the following day, so Mr. Pokorný drove me and his family to the train. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý přístup, ochota a rychlost.. Pán nám byl schopný zařídit opravu defektu i v neděli, kdy jsou servisy zavřené.. Rozhodně doporučuji!!!
Great approach, willingness and speed .. The master was able to arrange the repair of the defect even on Sunday, when the services are closed .. I definitely recommend !!!
