Ale když nás ve dveřích nahlas a očividně personál hodnotí, že si boty nekoupíme , je značka neúcty povrchnosti a nedůležitosti zákazníků. Tak si prostě boty u vás nekoupíme. Přeji vám mnoho štěstí v nacházení personálu, který tam ještě nedávno byl a ne jít cestou lidí, kteří jsou úplně mimo mísu!!! We bought shoes from you for really much. But when the staff tells us out loud and obviously that we don't buy shoes, there is a sign of disrespect for the superficiality and insignificance of customers. So we just won't buy shoes from you. I wish you good luck in finding the staff who was there until recently and not going the way of people who are completely out of the bowl !!!
A	Anna Hrubá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupené boty značky Guess, nošené pár krát (opravdu pár krát) jedná je o módní obuv tudíž ji žena se zájmem o módu doladí k outfitu zřídka. Za cenu 3500 Kč (ostatní e-shopy zhubla o 1000 Kč levnější) čekám, že si zde zboží vyzkouším, obhlédnu a pořídím s určitým zákaznickým servisem. Po pár nošeních boty opravdu stále ukázkově čisté (nenošené ani v dešti, technicky vzato které téměř neviděli světlo světa jelikož byly více v autě a obchodech než venku) roztrhla se vzadu uvnitř podšívka na patě. Při reklamaci na mě slečna prodavačka vykulila oči, to je ale pořádná díra… počkejte si prosím na manažera prodejny bude, tady cca za 15 minut. Počkala jsem sepsali jsme reklamaci, kde se v šíleném archu asi o 3000 slovech (dobrovolně) zříkám všech práv. Otočila jsem se a zcela neznámý zákazník mě s úsměvem pod rouškou upozornil, tady vám nic nevyreklamují. Za pár týdnů přišlo vyjádření a taky že nevyreklamují, reklamace zamítnutá. Odvolání které nabízí zamítnuto, a argumenty typu životnost obuvi není delší než její zákonná záruční lhůta, nebo od 6 měsíců užívání za vady odpovídá spotřebitel. Ne 6 měsíců jsem boty ani nosit nemohla pokud s nimi nechci chodit z obýváku do ložnice, když byl lockdown. Po zveřejnění mé recenze na sociálních sítích jsem se setkala s překvapivou spoustou podobných reakcí. Zde už opravdu noc nekoupím, naopak uvědomím o této skutečnosti co nejvíce lidí. Miss Saleswoman rolled her eyes at the complaint, but it's a big hole - please wait for the store manager to be here, here in about 15 minutes. We waited, we wrote a complaint, where in a crazy sheet of about 3000 words (voluntarily) I waive all rights. I turned around and a completely unknown customer warned me with a smile under the veil, they are not telling you anything here. In a few weeks, a statement came and also that they do not complain, the complaint was rejected. The appeal it offers is rejected, and arguments such as the lifespan of the shoe is not longer than its statutory warranty period, or from 6 months of use, the consumer is responsible for the defects. I couldn't even wear shoes for 6 months if I didn't want to go from the living room to the bedroom with them when there was a lockdown. After publishing my review on social networks, I came across a surprising number of similar reactions. I will not really buy the night here, on the contrary, I will inform as many people as possible about this fact.
