In shock, I wanted more information, so in one sentence he replied abruptly and pushed me to affect me right away, whether I was going to have surgery or not to delay him. Then he didn't wait for an answer and was already taking me out of the office, words canceled. The whole thing took about 3 minutes with arrival and departure. I'm sorry I thwarted his plans in an apparently more lucrative operation. Arch away from here.

I do not recommend. I ordered from MUDr. Kolbach to measure his eyesight. From the behavior of the nurse and the doctor, absolute disinterest in my problem, the only question from the doctor was about the length of wearing glasses. He adjusted the values ​​on my glasses once, we found that I could see a little better at close range, and worse at a distance. No further correction was made with the fact that I have to keep my glasses and that I see 100% of the average person, so that's fine. He found flakes in my lashes and I have to lubricate it daily with a gel, but the fact that I can't see and focus hard (I have trouble reading timetables on blackboards, various signs, in this state I don't even dare go to driving school) is obviously the same. I won't come again.

The price of a complete eye examination is CZK 2,000 and several thousand items fly here and there, see the price list on the website. You can also pay in cash by card. Thanks to this, the premises are modern, you can offer coffee or water, the clinic also has its own car for patients for the procedure. The laboratory assistants are nice, the girls don't bother too much at the reception and, with a few exceptions, they don't have much willingness. The sisters are nice and Mr. Korda is warm and highly praised. What is repulsive is that he will shake your hand, but will immediately use disinfection. Which is quite inappropriate and I did not see the devices in the laboratory disinfected after each patient. The smell of money is ubiquitous here, but where will they be offered coffee?

I don't like to make bad comments, but in this case it is a necessity. Unfortunately, the doctor is not interested in patients, only in money. I came to the clinic to remove varicose veins, examine and consult whether the procedure is suitable for my eyes. The examination went smoothly, the nurses were nice, but the doctor? So he is an arrogant man. The nurses first did enough examinations for me and then sent me to the doctor, where he was supposed to explain everything to me, and we were supposed to talk about a possible procedure for which I came to the clinic. And here it all began. The doctor told me that my eyes were healthy, he showed me a few pictures and we talked for a while about the dilated veins, which I mainly came for. I wanted some information on that. He answered for a while and when I asked when the date was right, he answered uncomfortably so that I could call and order (no explanation, what is the convalescence, how the procedure is performed, what is the price, just nothing). Here, honestly, I quite wanted to solve something. I probably exhausted my 3 minutes and he started to be reluctant and hurried. Maybe because more patients / money are waiting. He told me to call for an appointment and make an appointment. But the stumbling block came when I asked about the price before leaving the reception. The nurses first told me that CZK 6,000 (the price we communicated by e-mail, and this was agreed for both eyes and it didn't matter how many veins would be removed, I asked). When I asked if it was the final price and the examination before the operation, I was told that I have a lot of veins (while the doctor said before that we will remove only a few, but they can not remove all, so that the price will be 12000 CZK for both eyes. she asked him how it was possible that I was informed of the price of 6000 for both eyes twice by e-mail (he provided this price to the nurses, as it is not in the price list), so he did not want to talk about it and did not know the proper explanation, just that I have a lot of veins. (We talked about one vein in one eye and two in the other eye.) Here it was clear that we did not suit each other, and he told me, I acknowledged it. After a small misunderstanding when I saw that he really didn't care about anything other than money, I couldn't stand it anymore, she told him it was for money and left. I've never had to make a negative comment in my life and leave a doctor as disgusted as now. I definitely do not recommend the doctor, he only takes you as a piece of cattle, he does not respect patients, but especially when the money is pouring in!

I definitely recommend OFTEX. Not if anyone smiled at me. They are all people with their worries and it can always happen (which is not the case) that someone does not sit down with someone. I judge by the approach to the problem I came up with - cataract. In addition, I can compare it to competing Lexum and Gemini clinics, where even doctors (Gemini) contradicted each other and pointed out, or Lexum, where the lady on the phone line told me that EDOF lenses were not on offer, and the doctor said that they normally did. If I asked OFTEX in the e-mail, the answer matched what they told me in OFTEX. So I decided on this clinic. Here, the classic examination took place as it should - a assessment of whether cataract is really diagnosed, a very detailed preoperative examination + consultation with a specialist and finally the operation itself. If someone sometimes doesn't like that someone didn't tell them any information, it's up to them if they asked at all. For me: ANYTHING I asked, it was always explained to me. Whether at the omtometrist, specialist or at the reception. Of course, I won't miss the nurses. Every day after the operation (I only have two eyes, so twice) they called me in the evening to see if I had any complications, and the doctor was still specifying information about the postoperative condition. It is well. I know from practice that a lot of things are not taken over at once and the information needs to be passed on gradually. The clinic even offers patient collection, which I used twice. FREE !!! So I have absolutely no reservations.
