★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto advikátní kancelář hodnotím s velkými rozpaky. Potřeboval jsem pomoci s vymáháním finančního nároku (nejednalo se o příliš vysokou částku). Zpočátku probíhala komunikace bez problémů. Nicméně následně začalo docházet k prodlevám v komunikaci a na poslední email, i přes přislíbené podání žaloby a dořešení mého nároku, už nebylo ze strany advokátní kanceláře odpovězeno. Celý proces bez konce trvá dnes už prakticky rok a finální řešení neexistuje.Jediným pozitivem bylo to, že doposud po mně nebyla požadována ze strany adv. kanceláře žádná úhrada za zastupování, i když proběhla mailová komunikace se zástupcem druhé strany. Celkově tuto adv. kancelář spíše nedoporučuji.
I evaluate this law firm with great embarrassment. I needed help recovering my financial claim (it wasn't too high). Initially, the communication went smoothly. However, there were later delays in communication and the last email, despite the promised filing of the lawsuit and the resolution of my claim, was no longer answered by the law firm. The whole process without end lasts practically a year today and the final solution does not exist. The only positive was that so far it has not been demanded of me by adv. no fee for representation, even if e-mail communication with the other party's representative took place. Overall this adv. office rather I do not recommend.
