★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost. Návrh a realizace komínu a krbové vložky s rozvodem horkého vzduchu v roce 2019, ve zrekonstruované chalupě, byla provedena naprosto amatérsky a zdaleka nesplňuje přislíbené výsledky. Tepelný komfort avizovaný majitelem firmy, v místnosti vytápěné horkovzduchem, není absolutně dosažen -> 14 stupňů Celsia v zimních měsících je dosti tristní.
Místnost/zdi, ve které je krbová vložka, je po 2 chalupářských topných sezónách absolutně začouzená. Krb zjevně nefunguje správně.
-> Náprava nezjednána, komunikace slabá.
Díky této ,,realizaci'' jsme bohužel opět nuceni celý dům rozkopat a rešit vytápění zcela jiným systémem.
Absolutní zklamání, rozhodně nedoporučuji.
Total dissatisfaction. The design and implementation of the chimney and fireplace insert with hot air distribution in 2019, in the renovated cottage, was made completely amateurish and far from meeting the promised results. The thermal comfort announced by the company owner, in a room heated by hot air, is not absolutely achieved -> 14 degrees Celsius in the winter months is quite sad.
The room / wall in which there is a fireplace insert is absolutely smoky after 2 cottage heating seasons. The fireplace obviously isn't working properly.
-> Remedy not negotiated, communication weak.
Thanks to this "realization", we are unfortunately again forced to dig up the whole house and solve the heating with a completely different system.
Absolute disappointment, I definitely do not recommend.
