★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost s garantovanýma KM. Už je to sice cca 8 let zpět...Koupené auto mělo ve skutečnosti vyšší nájezd než udával Autobazar a to o nějakyých 100 tis.!!
 Bad experience with guaranteed KM. It's been about 8 years ago ... The purchased car actually had a higher run-in than stated by Autobazar by some 100 thousand !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr aut, pracovníci ochotní, působí příjemně.
Auto v naprostém pořádku.
Vše by bylo supr, nebýt dlooouhého čekání na servis klimatizace (údajně to servisu trvalo a pořád se na něco čekalo) a hlavně mlžení ohledně servisní knihy.
Absolutně nechápu, proč si tak vymýšlet.. Vždyť když jsou auta v pořádku, tak není důvod lhát, ne? Několikrát mi bylo řečeno, že servisní kniha je, že je elektronická a že mi ji pošlou na mail.
V den převzetí vozu jsem dostal pouze výpis z italského servisu, co se tam naposledy dělalo. Žádný jiný výpis jsem nedostal.. doposud ani na mail.
Jak jsem přijel na servisní prohlídku, tak mi bylo řečeno (s úsměvem), že Peugeot ještě elektronickou servisní knihu nemá a že ten výpis z Itálie je nejspíše nějaký univerzální, kde se pouze změní VIN a je to .. protože byly "servisovány" věci, které se v konkrétním voze ani nenachází.
Jinak nemám co vytknout, s autem jsem spokojený a OK AUTA doporučuji! :)

Everything would be great, if it weren't for the long wait for the air conditioning service (allegedly it took the service and something was still waiting for it) and especially the fog about the service book.
I absolutely don't understand why you invent it like that. After all, if cars are okay, there's no reason to lie, is there? I have been told several times that the service book is electronic, that they will send it to me by e-mail.
On the day of taking over the car, I only received an extract from the Italian service, what was last done there. I haven't received any other statement ... so far not even by e-mail.
As I arrived for the service inspection, I was told (with a smile) that Peugeot did not yet have an electronic service book and that the extract from Italy was probably a universal one, where only the VIN changed and it was ... because things were "serviced" which is not even in a particular car.
Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, I am satisfied with the car and I recommend OK CARS! :)

tenhle autobazar v žádném případě nedoporučuji. Tahali a slibovali půl roku a nedodrželi dohodu! Servisní knížku jsme také nedostali.
Při koupi vozu se auto jevilo naprosto v pořádku. Následně jsme auto 14 dní užívali a náhle na něm z neznámého důvodu odešla celá řídící jednotka. V autorizovaném servise VOLVO se na něm několik odborníků pokoušelo dojít na příčinu avšak bezvýsledně. Celá oprava stála 39tis. a autobazar se k tomu postavil zády. Půl roku slibovali, že uhradí alespoň polovinu z řídící jednotky a doposud se tak nestalo. Nakonec jsme si poslechli nepříjemný hovor s manželkou pana majitele. Děkujeme za zkušenost nikdy více!
Odmítám se dále vyjadřovat k odpovědi pana J... Každý si může udělat svůj obrázek už dle zvolené formy odpovědi pana J... Více než půlka uvedených informacích v reakci na tuhle recenzi není pravdivá a druhá polovina překroucená a vytržená z kontextu.
Já už bohužel své rozhodnutí využít služeb OK-Auta nemohu.

this car bazaar in no way recommend. They pulled and promised half a year and did not respect the agreement! We also did not receive a service book.
When buying a car, the car appeared perfectly fine. Then we used the car for 14 days and suddenly the whole control unit left for an unknown reason. At an authorized VOLVO workshop, several experts tried to find the cause, but to no avail. The whole repair cost 39tis. and the bazaar stood with his back on it. For half a year they promised to pay at least half of the control unit, and so far it has not. Finally we listened to an unpleasant conversation with the owner's wife. Thank you for the experience never more!
I refuse to comment further on Mr. J's answer ... Anyone can make their own picture according to the chosen form of Mr. J's answer ... More than half of the information given in response to this review is not true and the other half is distorted and torn out of context.
Unfortunately, I cannot use my OK-Car services anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušný výběr a fajn majitelé. Auta jsou jak ze škatulky, jen je třeba se více projet, po 3-4 km nic pořádně nepoznáte.
Veškeré papírování vyřídí za vás. Koupíte a jedete. Jen to nebude vše ten samý den, kdy se pro koupi rozhodnete.
Fotky odpovídají skutečnosti.
Decent selection and fine owners. Cars are from the box, just need to drive more, after 3-4 km you do not really know anything.
He'll handle all the paperwork for you. You buy and go. It just won't be the same day you decide to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po roce a pul od koupě, na (80 000 km) na autě závažné závady. Nutno vyměnit vstřikovače, spojkovou sadu, rozvody po smrti. Zjištěno, že již bylo turbo po repasu a měněn alternátor. Automobil má “údajně” najeto 80 000 km, ve volvo servisu nám bylo řečeno, že projevené závady na 80 000 km nikdy neřešili.
Jinak prvotní jednání a koupě proběhla v pořádku a rychle , byli jsme spokojení...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejsem zrovna trpělivý zákazník, ale pozitivní přístup paní Jelínkové mě mile překvapil. Auto mám týden a vše je, jak má být! Bazar má rodinnou atmosféru a manželé Jelínkovi kromě toho, že jsou profíci, jsou také sympaťáci. Takže mohu jen doporučit!
I am not exactly a patient customer, but Mrs. Jelínková's positive attitude pleasantly surprised me. I have a car for a week and everything is as it should be! The bazaar has a family atmosphere and the Jelíneks, in addition to being professionals, are also nice. So I can only recommend!

Jejich záruky mluví za vše - jednoduše stojí si za tím, co prodávají, protože jde o auta z operáků (mohou být samozřejmě výjimky, ale je potřeba si uvědomit, že jde o použité věci, do kterých nikdo nevidí). Před koupí jsme se domluvili na řádné prohlídce v autorizovaném servise Škoda v Brně (40 km) s výjezdem elektr. servisní knihy, žádný problém. Po pár týdnech od koupě se na voze objevila závada voliče páky autom. převodovky, následovala výměna v autorizovaném servisu Škoda na náklady bazaru. Další auto bude opět z OK-AUTA. Mohu jen doporučit.

Their guarantees speak for themselves - they simply stand behind what they sell, because they are cars from operators (there may be exceptions, of course, but you need to realize that these are used things that no one can see into). Before the purchase, we agreed on a proper inspection at an authorized Škoda service in Brno (40 km) with the exit of the electr. service books, no problem. A few weeks after the purchase, a defect in the car's selector lever appeared on the car. gearboxes, followed by an exchange at an authorized Škoda service center at the expense of the bazaar. The next car will be from OK-CAR again. I can only recommend.
