The experience with the real estate agency Broker Consulting was, in a word, crazy. My friend's aunt sold a cooperative share (apartment 3 + 1) in Chomutov through them. In a nutshell.. Everything was wrong from start to finish. The broker who took over the contract ended up with the real estate agent, but in fact he still helped them, because no one was able to be there. He almost didn't communicate with us, why would he, if he already had another job. The buyer was finally found. Since everything was approved by e-mail at first, we expected it to be fast. But we waited 14 days for the buyer to approve the documents. The broker did not urge it at all. When it was signed physically, the real estate lost the contract and no money came from the buyer. So how could a broker make an appointment to hand over an apartment? Since the broker almost always sent us an SMS, I tried to get a number for someone who would solve it with us. Despite about 6 numbers, I finally called the young lady, who told me that the broker no longer worked for them and that she took care of it herself. Of course, my aunt had to have the contracts checked again at the post office and sent to the real estate agent. When everything was finally resolved, we went to hand over the apartment. The handover protocol was therefore signed. I wondered how my friend could sign a handover protocol for his aunt when he didn't own an apartment. That's why we also issued a Power of Attorney. However, the lady assured me that the handover protocol is only an internal document and it does not matter who signs it. But I still gave her full power to the handover protocol, she literally stuffed it. Unfortunately, I no longer checked how she filled in the handover protocol. She did not say that her aunt was represented by a friend, but she filled in the owner's box directly with a friend. But since she has no experience with real estate and in my opinion our order was "thrown" at her, I don't blame her. In any case, the document was invalid. And, of course, the handover protocol was also the basis for the custody payment. So we waited another week for someone to contact us, saying that it was wrong and that the payment would be delayed. Their approach is unprofessional, the documents were not in order, they literally ignored us, did not provide important information and everything took a long time. I definitely do not recommend this property and we will never use their services again.
