Klient se řídí časem kliniky a jen jako opice říká...ano, tento termín mohu (co mu také zbývá,že?). Nerozumím za co je tedy poplatek vybírán. Termín na rehabilitaci je i za 3-4 měsíce. Za každé nedostavení na terapii je sankce 300 a bez pardonu (nehledě, že člověk přijede například ze zahraničí v neděli v noci a těžko se někam dovolá, aby se omluvil když má být hned ráno na terapii). Omluva je pouze lékař (nedivil bych se, pokud by vyžadovali potvrzení). No za mě velmi negativní zkušenost (2x). Terrible. Never again. Jsem ráda, že jsem je objevila i když jezdím přes celou Prahu. Jinak poplatek 200 Kč ano účtují ho za každou započatou rehabilitační kůru naprosto chápu. Jinak při preplanovavani se nic neplatí a storno poplatek se platí jen když nepřijdete bez omluvy omluvu berou do půl noci předešlého dne a nebo s potvrzením od lékaře ten den. 300 Kč za ne Schopnost se dostavit mi taky nepřijde nijak moc... Nulová empatie, žádná snaha o efektivní léčbu. Doporuceni seškrta nebo vas dokonce vyhodí s tím, že Vás sice na recepci k ní objednali, papíry odsouhlasili, ale ona pro vás nic dělat nehodlá a máte jít jinam!! Bellow standards!! Díky vstřícnému a ochotnému přístupu chodím už nějaký čas na masáže. Musím pochválit slečnu masérku,která mi pomohla s mezilopatkovým svalstvem a krční páteří.Cítím se daleko lépe a můžu vřele doporučit.
