★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hvězda za ochotu a snahu mladého pana prodavače. Ovšem "odbornice na reklamace" u pokladny je naprostá katastrofa... Jakmile odmítnete připlatit za prodlouženou záruku, začne se chovat naprosto nevhodným a arogantním způsobem, kdy se dozvíte mnoho nemístných poznámek ve stylu "Váš problém že to nechcete, za dva roky se tu uvidíme znova" atp. Na toto zákazník opravdu není zvědavý.
Je to již druhá zkušenost s touto zaměstnankyní během poměrně krátké doby a díky tomu OKAY v HB nikdy více (...takže se za dva roky opravdu neuvidíme :-) ... )
1 star for the willingness and effort of a young salesman. However, the "complaints expert" at the box office is a complete disaster ... As soon as you refuse to pay for the extended warranty, he will start behaving in a completely inappropriate and arrogant way, when you will learn many inappropriate notes in the style of "Your problem that you do not want it, in two years we will see again "etc. The customer is not really curious about this.
This is the second experience with this employee in a relatively short time and thanks to that OKAY in HB will never be more (... so we really won't see each other in two years :-) ...)
