★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha neochotná čekal jsem asi 10 minut u pokladny a pak se objevila slečna s kávou a k te pokladně úplně nespěchala ještě se vybavovala s kolegou čekal bych lepší přístup
 The staff was reluctant, I waited for about 10 minutes at the cash register, and then a young lady with coffee appeared and she wasn't in a hurry for the cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevadí mi nezájem zaměstnanců při výběru zboží stejně o tom nikdo nic neví a na internetu si to zvládnu najít sám... Ale takové jednáním pana "vedoucího" při vrácení zboží jsem ještě nezažil nikdy více!!!
I don't mind the lack of interest of employees in choosing goods anyway, no one knows anything about it and I can find it myself on the Internet ... But I have never experienced such behavior of Mr. "leader" when returning goods !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaměstnanci neznají právo zákazníka odstoupit od kupní smlouvy ve 14 denní lhůtě bez udání důvodu při nákupu přes eshop. Chtěli mi účtovat poplatek za diagnostiku zařízení, svého práva jsem se domohl až při druhé návštěvě.
Employees do not know the customer's right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving a reason when shopping through the e-shop. They wanted to charge me a fee for device diagnostics, I did not claim my right until the second visit.
