B	Berush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při první návštěvě jsem byla spokojená s konzultací a pomocí výběru spotřebiče, tak jsem se rozhodla o par dní později vrátit a konkrétní spotřebič zakoupit. Po dohodě odběru mi byla nabídnuta prodloužená záruka ke spotřebiči, kterou jsem paní se kterou jsem jednala odmítla. Z ničeho nic se objevil další Váš zaměstnanec a bez pozdravení mě osočil, že jsem prodlouženou záruku odmítla a s naprosto arogantním přístupem řekl, že mi jde vysvětlit, co to vlastně je. Opět jsem zmínila, že tuto záruku nechci a že vím co tato služba obsahuje. Naprosto neprofesionální přístup k zákazníkovi, jako bych si nemohla dovolit prodlouženou záruku odmítnout. Chápu, že je to nařízený postup a zaměstnanec má povinost službu nabídout, ale odsud podsud. On the first visit, I was satisfied with the consultation and the choice of appliance, so I decided to return a few days later and buy a specific appliance. After the purchase agreement, I was offered an extended warranty for the appliance, which I rejected with the lady I dealt with. Out of nowhere, another employee of yours appeared and, without greeting, accused me of refusing the extended warranty and told me with a completely arrogant attitude that I could explain what it was. I mentioned again that I do not want this guarantee and that I know what this service contains. Absolutely unprofessional approach to the customer, as if I could not afford to refuse the extended warranty. I understand that this is a mandatory procedure and the employee is obliged to offer the service, but from here onwards.
L	Lukáš Kamas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řešit něco se zaměstnanci prodejny je opravdu šílené. Raději si věci o elektru nastudujte sami, které si potřebujete pořídit. Dealing with the store staff is really crazy. You better study the things about electricity yourself that you need to buy.
J	Ji GDPR Limited on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay láká přes web na dobé ceny a pak Vás na prodejně osolí. Na obrázcích je vidět jedna cena z internetu a druhá z prodejny. Když jsem se ptal jestli si to mám přes web "Rezervovat na prodejně" a přijít za 5 minut, tak mi paní řekla že to nepomůže, že by mi to stejně prodala za tu cenu kterou mají na regále. U DVD se to nějak dá přežít, ale nechtěl bych takhle jet pro něco většího. Okay entices you with good prices via the web and then they will salt you in the store. The pictures show one price from the Internet and the other from the store. When I asked if I had it through the website "Book at the store" and come in 5 minutes, the lady told me that it would not help that she would still sell it to me for the price they have on the shelf. It's kind of survival on DVD, but I don't want to go like this for something bigger.
