★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně do této prodejny nechoďte. Obsluha vůbec netuší co prodává. Při reklamacích je zde problém. Prodávají výrobky bez orig. krabic. Silně doporučuji se této prodejně vyhnout, ač to mám blízko.
Absolutely do not go to this store. The staff has no idea what they are selling. There is a problem with complaints. They sell products without original boxes. I strongly recommend avoiding this store, although it is close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V 08,30 jsem si zarezervoval mrazák který měli mít na prodejně. V 10,20 mi rezervaci potvrdili a když jsem v 11,45 přišel na prodejnu, dozvěděl jsem se, že už je od rána prodaný. Paní prodavačka prý nestačila zavolat.
At 08.30, I booked the freezer they were supposed to have at the store. At 10.20 my reservation was confirmed and when I came to the store at 11.45, I learned that it had been sold since the morning. The saleswoman was not enough to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...to co tu čtu , ty negativní recenze, tak mám dojem že jsem byl asi jinde. Sobotní prodavačka, maximální spokojenost. Vše vysvětlila, vyplnila a bylo to. Je pravda, že ještě chybí II.etapa , doprava k nám. Takže pak doplním a dám vědět.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kuchyn jsme meli mit nejpozdeji 9.2 poté prodloužili na 18.2 a poté na 26.2 zaroven jsme meli akci pred vanocmi ze je doprava a VYNOS zdarma a zaroven jsme si zaplatili montaz avsak ocividne nyni zjituji ze vynos neni zaplacen a musel by se doobjednavat... takze nam to namontuji (jeslti to nekdy dodaji) v chodbe ? Zaroven jsem napsal negativni ale slusny komentar na FB strankach a do 10 minut jsem byl smazan a zabanovan. Jsem rad ze zijeme v 21. stoleti kde je cenzura a nedodrzeni kupni smlouvy klasicka vec :)
we had to have the kitchen at the latest 9.2 then extended to 18.2 and then to 26.2 at the same time we had the event before Christmas that it is free and YOU are free and at the same time we paid for the installation but obviously now find out that the yield is not paid and would have to be ordered ... so we will I mount it (if I ever add it) in the hallway? At the same time, I wrote a negative but decent comment on the FB pages and within 10 minutes I was deleted and banned. I'm glad we live in the 21st century where censorship and non-compliance with the purchase agreement is a classic thing :)
