Zazadal jsem o reklamaci zbozi, tak uvidime, jak v teto zalezitosti se prodejna ukaze. The interest in the customer is not very great here. The staff is not very professional. M	Ma Trix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán prodejce slovenské národnosti. To je problém kvůli kterému jsem přestal chodit do prodejny. Arogantní, chytrý, atd.. Evidentně neví nic o fungování obchodu. Tvrdit že oni nejsou placeni Zásilkovnou a zásilkovna je jen na obtíž je tvrdé obvinění. Mr. seller of Slovak nationality. That's the problem I stopped going to the store with. D	Dana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Díky prodavači/specialistovi (nevím, jak se nazývají) panu Štefanovi už do této prodejny chodit nebudu, a to ani pro zasilky. Radši si je budu objednávat jinam, kde pro ně nebude problém zákazník, který si dovolil přijít vyzvednout zásilky 15 minut PO OTEVÍRACÍ době !!!! Není to první špatná zkušenost, takže pohar trpělivosti s touto prodejnou a především tímto zaměstnancem, už opravdu přetekl. Thanks to the salesman / specialist (I don't know what they are called), Mr. Štefan, I will no longer go to this store, not even for shipments. I would rather order them elsewhere, where the customer who dared to come pick up the shipments 15 minutes AFTER OPENING time will not be a problem for them !!!! It's not the first bad experience, so the cup of patience with this store and especially this employee has really overflowed.
R	Renata Urbankova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto prodejnu jsem navštívila 3x vždy jsem bohužel "narazila" na stejného prodejce slovenské národnosti. (jinak Slovensko mám moc ráda) První... sháněla jsem sporák, ukázal mi kde jsou a zeptal se jestli nechci nábytek ? Druhá... potřebovala jsem odvápňovací tablety do kávovaru....."jsou vzadu u kávovarů" ? Třetí... šla jsem si vyzvednout zásilku z e-shopu....vstoupila jsem do prodejny za jinou zákaznicí a byly jsme vykázány že je ještě zavřeno. Vyšly jsme ven ze dveří a padla 9hodina... jupí mohly jsme dál?? ten pohled by zabíjel ?. I visited this store 3 times, unfortunately I always "came across" the same seller of Slovak nationality. (otherwise I like Slovakia very much) First ... I looked for a stove, showed me where they were and asked if I didn't want furniture ? Second ... I needed descaling tablets for the coffee machine ... "they're at the back of the coffee machines" ? Third ... I went to pick up a shipment from the e-shop .... I entered the store with another customer and we were told that it was still closed. We went out the door and 9 o'clock fell ... we could go on and that sight would kill.

Dnes jsem se zajímal o myčky nádobí a byl jsem spokojen (včetně ochoty prodavače). It is good that they have a large number of household appliances on display in the store.
