★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašné jednání p.Geberleho. Chtěl jsem objednal pravidelný servis. Po telefonu nelze, musíte poslat sms. Poprvé jim zpráva údajně nedorazila. Podruhé se mi zapomněl ozvat servisní technik. Potřetí jsem dostal vynadáno za opakované obtěžování se slovy: "Buď se ozveme nebo celou zakázku vyhodíme do koše."
Toto vše pouze pro sjednání termínu. Technik p.Štěpánek se nakonec ozval. Vzal jsem si dovolenou a čekal celý den. Nikdo nedorazil, žádná omluva.
 The terrible behavior of Mr. Geberle. I wanted to order regular service. You can't send an SMS over the phone. For the first time, the report allegedly did not reach them. The second time I forgot to call the service technician. For the third time, I was expelled for repeated harassment with the words: "Either we get in touch or we throw the whole job in the trash."
All this only for an appointment. Technician Mr. Stepanek finally called. I took a vacation and waited all day. No one arrived, no apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 týdny sliboval, že najde žebřík, neustále mi říkal, že kolega tam někde žebřík má. Zavolejte příští pondělí. Po 3 týdnech se ukázalo, že okno nelze opravit a nema žebřík. Naprosto neschopný člověk. Nikomu to nedoporučuji.
He promised for 3 weeks that he would find a ladder, he kept telling me that a colleague had a ladder somewhere. Call next Monday. After 3 weeks, it turned out that the window could not be repaired and did not have a ladder. Absolutely incompetent man. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovala jsem dát dvířka pro psa do vchodových prosklených dveří (vakuované, nemožno řešit svépomocí). Trošku se to táhlo, ale sehnali stejné sklo a desku, do které při návštěvě technik vsadil dvířka. Jsem naprosto spokojená. Perfektní práce, dobrá domluva.
I needed to put the dog door in the front glass door (vacuumed, can't be solved by myself). It dragged on a bit, but they got the same glass and plate into which he put the door when he visited the technicians. I am completely satisfied. Perfect job, good deal.
