★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup k zákazníkům. Je sice pěkné, že před vstupem je kousek žluté pásky, která vůbec nebrání vstupu, ale že by bylo alespoň na vstupních dveřích napsáno něco ohledně vyzvednutí eshopu..
Jestli se do prodejny nesmí vstupovat, proč nejsou dveře zavřené? Při vstupu do prodejny pokřikování co tady dělám, vážně? To mám čekat před prodejnou, jestli si mě někdo náhodou všimne a zeptá se, jestli něco potřebuju?
Chtěl jsem se rovnou objednat na servis, ale po téhle zkušenosti zkusím radši konkurenci.
Terrible approach to customers. It is nice that there is a piece of yellow tape in front of the entrance, which does not prevent entry at all, but that something would be written at least on the front door about picking up the e-shop.
If the store is not allowed to enter, why is the door not closed? When I enter the shouting store, what am I doing here, really? Should I wait in front of the store if anyone notices me and asks if I need anything?
I wanted to order straight for service, but after this experience I would rather try the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skúsenosť 4.11.2021 - dorazil som nečakane mimo objednanie po 17:00 z dovodu že sa mi po ceste rozblikala kontrolka chladiacej kapaliny a čidlo mi hlásilo nedostatok, jak píšem šiel som "nablind" okolo. Absolútna ochota od technika, ktorý ochotne pomohol a a behom 5min som odchádzal po doplnení. Super prístup a ochota.
Experience 11/4/2021 - I arrived unexpectedly out of order after 5:00 pm due to the fact that the coolant light flashed along the way and the sensor reported a shortage, as I write I went "nablind" around. Absolute willingness from a technician who willingly helped and within 5 minutes I left after replenishment. Great approach and willingness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionální přístup, při opravě nezávislého topení rozbili tlačítko start, které do té doby fungovalo perfektně. Extrémně neochotný pan Kopal, lituji každého, kdo připadne tomuto člověku na starost. Nyní potřebuji opravu nezávislého topení reklamovat, pan Kopal není schopen zavolat zpět, telefon přijme, a okamžitě sdělí, že nemá čas.
Doporučuji se tomuto servisu vyhnout, zejména panu Kopalovi.
Very unprofessional approach, when repairing the independent heating they broke the start button, which until then worked perfectly. Extremely reluctant Mr. Kopal, I regret anyone who takes care of this person. Now I need a repair of the independent heating to complain, Mr. Kopal is unable to call back, accepts the phone, and immediately informs that he has no time.
