★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poptávku jsme zadali na začátku ledna (poptával přítel). Do března si na nás technik nebyl schopný udělat čas kvůli zaměření, které ve finále trvalo hodinu (3 měsíce na to neměl čas?!!). Zaměření proběhlo v pohodě, bylo nám řečeno že to jde do výroby a máme očekávat cca 6 týdnů, než okna vyhotový. Po 5 týdnech čekání na vyrobení nám zavolali, že výrobu stopli a musíme jim odsouhlasit zdražení. Od začátku laxní přístup, kdybychom se stále nepřipomínali, ani toho zaměření bychom se nedočkali. Teď můžeme jen litovat, že jsme hned nešli ke konkurenci. Nedoporučuji.
 We entered the request at the beginning of January (a friend asked). Until March, the technician was not able to make time for us due to the focus, which took an hour in the final (he didn't have time for that for 3 months? !!). The focus went well, we were told that it goes into production and we have to expect about 6 weeks before the windows are ready. After 5 weeks of waiting for production, they called us to say that they had stopped production and we had to agree to the price increase. A lax approach from the beginning, if we still did not remember, we would not see that focus either. Now we can only regret that we did not go to the competition immediately. I do not recommend.
